Fast your distractions

Okay, can we talk about distractions & how do you handle them? What are those distractions? For me, whatever is a distraction gets added to the list of things to fast! Boom! When we have a clear line of what we say no to, the things we should say yes to will come! I promise you, we are just making a way for change to come through. Change won’t come through though unless we replace the unhealthy habits and distractions with something healthy and productive!


Rather than “I need a drink,” I’m now saying “I need some fresh air!” Something I read and always sticks with me is that “ONLY DEAD FISH GO WITH THE FLOW!” Add a couple more distractions and or unhealthy habits to the list of fasting and our challenges will be easier than we expect.
